Making SA Wilson Coffee

Stainless Steel Enema Kit ( PureLife Health Equipment)

Filtered Water Reverse Osmosis or Distilled water

Large 2-4 Quart Glass Cooking Pot with Lid, able to Hold High Heat and High Acid

2 Tbsps. SA Wilson Coffee (once opened store in glass container with snap lid)

4 cups Glass Pyrex measuring cup container

2 Hot Pads for Handling Glass Containers

Timer on Stove or Separate Hand Timer

Instructions

Boil 6 cups of water to a vigorous boil, add 2 Tbsps. of SA Wilsons Coffee continue to boil for 2 minutes.
Turn to low heat, continue for 12 minutes with glass lid on.
Pour into 4 cup Glass Pyrex Measuring Pitcher using 2 Hot-pads
Cool until luke warm (approx. 1 hour) in the Bathroom you will be using. Place Pyrex Pitcher on Hot-pad where this will not be spilled and out of the way.

Ready for Enema Bucket once warm, pour into container using a strainer collecting coffee sludge and large pieces. Clear tubing with coffee solution all the way to the tip and clamp. Carry to the toilet lid and place while you

prepare your position, turn your timer to 10 minutes, and turn on your flame-less candles :))
